LADY LAGOON
I was doing an interview for Natalie, a student & aspiring filmmaker herself. She wanted to capture some shots of me in action, so I suggested taking her friend Emma down to the lagoon. The lagoon is a 2 min drive down the hill from The Honest Jones studio and a favourite spot of mine to shoot or have my morning coffee. Emma was very game. I joked "okay now get into the water!" - even though summer had well and truly left us - and she responded by quickly slipping her toes in the muddy banks! While I filmed her, Nat filmed me...and afterwards we had back to the studio for tea & I sliced together this little day dream from the footage.
