FILM + MUSIC: LORD HURON

Ever wanted to listen to music that tells the story of a made up fictional novel character...? Welcome to lord Huron. The story goes that the founding member and lead singer, Ben Schneider invented the character Lord Huron as the main character of a western style, fictional novel...that he also made up. (The novel doesn't exist) He then wrote the music as the soundtrack to the (made up) tales of Lord Huron...talk about layers!

What is more than wonderful about Lord Huron is the depth of the story that translates into the sound and lyrics, already creating "the perfect road trip soundtrack". Then add vintage, nostalgic aesthetic with some tongue in cheek videos and they've taken storytelling to a *snippets from cult classics that only true film buffs would know* level. I dare you not to love them!
